The world’s top badminton players will continue their competition at the 2021 BWF World Tour Finals this week. The following is the draw schedule for the 2021 BWF World Tour Finals.
The 2021 BWF World Tour Finals will be the closing tournament of the Indonesia Badminton Festival series which will be held in Bali. This tournament will be held at the Bali International Convention Center on 1-5 December 2021.

Indonesia qualified four representatives to the BWF World Tour Finals 2021. All from the dual sector.

The men’s doubles were represented by Marcus Fernaldi Gideon / Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo and Pramudya Kusumawardana / Jeremiah Erich Yoche Yacob Rambitan. While the mixed doubles were represented by Praveen Jordan/Melati Daeva Oktavianti.

Greysia Polii / Apriyani Rahayu will represent Indonesia in women’s doubles. Despite only occupying the 13th position in the World Tour Rankings, Greysia/Apriyani has the right to appear in the World Tour Finals thanks to their success in winning the gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

For information, participation in this tournament is determined by World Tour rankings, not world rankings or rankings. Those who qualify are those who occupy the top eight positions of the World Tour rankings in each sector.

Olympic gold medalists also qualify automatically for the World Tour Finals. However, they must participate in one of the tournaments in Bali, namely the Indonesia Masters 2021 or the Indonesia Open 2021.

Later, each sector will be divided into two groups, each filled with four participants. From each group, only players/couples in the top two positions will advance to the semifinals.
